Fantastic stay. Great location

We had a lovely stay. Was very welcoming. Great location for warwick castle and Stratford upon Avon. Highly recommend.

An icily cold room (A small oil fired radiator was provided after several complaints
A steep Step with no rail outside our bedroom
Difficulty in providing help with luggage on arrival
We were told that lunch was not provided as most people preferred to go into Evesham
Bar snacks were not advertised with menus only provided on request
Would we go again?
Probably not and certainly not in the winter
The booking service at our first attempt was slow and unsuccessful , the second attempt worked quickly and smoothly to a successful bookind

Country hotel in a countryside

Very NIce hotel, very good rooms.
The issues in the bathroom were sorted quickly. Shower didnt work properly. Bed quality was great. In the restuarant when we asked for some pasrties well before closure of the breakfast we were told there were no more, I found this odd for such so called luxurious hotels. Eventually when few more guests demanded the pastries arrived !!!!
Remote from the town, cant get taxis if you want to go to town for meal
Woudl I comeback again? may be or may not. The interiors are definitlely beautiful

Valentines stay

Nice ambience.
Clean tidy rooms - looks like a refurb. Was completed recently in ours. Liked the bathroom tiling - travertine. Grounds were nice , staff very attentive.
Lovely meal - went for the beef wellington... First time I tried it and could not finish even the half we had each.
Lovely food for the evening and the staff were fantastic.
Breakfast wasn't the same standard as the evening meal but was ok. Pleasant stay.

We had an overnight stay in this very interesting historical place.The food and wines were excellent and the staff couldn't be more helpful .

Sisters Reunion

Myself and my sister stayed at the Wood Norton Hotel for one of biannual catch ups. The hotel was lovely. Plenty of parking, room was nice and clean with lots of space. The restaurant food was excellent. One minor hiccup was that the fire alarm sounded 3 times during the night requiring evacuation of all rooms. This was obviously unexpected and turned out to be a false alarm all 3 times. Unfortunately, it would have been been less disruptive if the reset had been completed successfully on the first occasion.

Lovely weekend away with family and celebratory birthday

We booked 3 rooms for my wife 50 the birthday upgraded 1 room to the bridal suite and it was a wonderful room. Had a lovely overnight stay and great meal in the restaurant and lovely breakfast next day. Hotel and grounds very pleasant, rooms spacious and comfortable, bridal suite very large and special feeling, used the lounge space to cut birthday cake and decorated with banners and balloons had enough space for all 10 people to sit and enjoy. Are was funky and pool room was a bonus. Overall represented good value for money and a memorable stay - thanks.
